For the first time in Bangladesh, Hajj pilgrims can now avail international roaming services using their local mobile balance (Taka) instead of foreign currency for the two-month Hajj period in 2025.

Terms & Conditions:
- Above packs are available in Saudi Arabia only.
- These are Discounted Special Hajj BDT Packs for 2025, applicable to both prepaid and postpaid customers.
- Customers will be able to purchase the packs using their BDT mobile balance.
- Pack validity will start after latching to Saudi Arabia network.
- Voice Pulse will be 60 Sec and Voice Mins can be used for Local Call in Saudi Arabia, Call Back to Bangladesh, Call to Third Country and Incoming Call (Excluding Satellite and Premium Numbers Outgoing Call + Aero Mobile & Maritime Incoming Call).
- Above Packs will not be auto renewed.
- Customers can purchase the packs multiple times.
- If a customer purchases the same or another Hajj BDT pack within the previous Hajj BDT pack’s validity period, usages from earlier Hajj BDT pack will be exhausted first and then usages from next pack will start.
- If a customer has a Hajj USD pack in his profile, and he purchases one Hajj BDT pack, usage will happen from Hajj BDT pack first after latching to Saudi Arabia network and after expiration of Hajj BDT pack validity, Hajj USD pack will be activated, and usage will start from that pack.
- In case customer is already in Saudi Arabia and he has one Hajj USD pack in his profile, then the pack is already in active mode and usages is happening from the pack. If he also purchases one Hajj BDT pack, it will also be activated, and validity will start instantly. Usages from earlier pack will be exhausted first and then usage from next pack will start.
- Pay as You Go Voice, SMS & Internet usage in BDT Balance is not applicable. Customer may purchase the Hajj BDT pack again to use the service. To use the Pay as you Go service, customer must have a Roaming USD account.
- Both Prepaid and Postpaid users will be able to enjoy existing Regular Hajj Roaming Packs using regular USD payment process, but no discount & higher validity will be applicable for USD payment.
